This wellness hub is not your average gym, it’s a complete fitness and wellness hub, built to help you invest in your physical, mental and social wellness. With multi level access to the gym floor, group classes including run club, wellness facilities including magnesium pool, cold plunge, infrared saunas and traditional sauna and steam room - they bring together strength, recovery, effort and ease, community and personal growth.

Fun fact, this was my first gym I started teaching pilates at when I got qualified 5 years ago and I have been teaching there ever since - in my resident Saturday morning spot! Owners Darren and Tash are innovators, disruptors of the fitness industry and have created an amazing community in the Brisbane wellness space.

I understand the importance of convenience for your sessions. For non-members, there is parking available in the main carpark underneath the gym as well as around the building in front and paid parking on the street. This ensures that your visit to us is as stress-free as the sessions we offer. Onsite lifts make it accessible for wheelchair etc.
