ABOUT
Hi, I’m Dee!
Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor, and proud boy mum to a cheeky, energetic toddler. I hold a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from QUT and bring a unique mix of clinical expertise, lived experience, and a deep understanding of how movement can support you through every season of life.
I’ve worked in private practice, community health, and have taught Pilates for over five years in some of Brisbane’s leading studios and gyms. Along the way, I’ve supported hundreds of people through injury recovery, disability, and chronic disease management—helping them rebuild strength and confidence in their bodies.
My approach is highly personalised, evidence based and designed to meet you exactly where you’re at. Whether you’re managing a condition or injury, returning after time off, or simply ready to start prioritising your health, I’ll guide you through the process with clarity, purpose, and a plan that’s tailored specifically for you.
WHY WORK WITH ME?
(Fueled by Strawberry Matcha’s & Kombucha)
I believe the relationship between you and your practitioner is one of the biggest drivers of lasting change. So here’s a little more about me, to help you decide if we’re the right fit.
My love for movement started young with netball and athletics carnivals, but the real spark was lit at 15 when I joined my first gym. I was hooked—not just on the workouts, but on how good they made me feel. By 17, I had completed my Cert III & IV in Fitness which gave me a glimpse of a career in health/fitness.
Before becoming an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I spent over a decade in a demanding sales role while juggling university studies. I know firsthand how hard it can be to prioritise your health when life feels full. And now, as a mother, I also understand how motherhood can reshape priorities and make that balance even tougher to find, when time and energy are limited.
Through every season—work or study stress, injury setbacks, personal loss, or the exhaustion of new parenthood, returning to movement has always been my anchor. I’ve learned that flexibility and intention are the secret sauce to making fitness stick.
However, it’s not always just about exercise. Sometimes it’s about accountability, structure, or simply knowing where to start. My goal is to make movement simple, supportive, and personal—so it feels less like a chore and more like a tool to help you live the life you want, for as long as possible.
Expert care coupled with real life understanding.
