I’m Deena - Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor, and proud boy mum!
With experience working in private practice, community health, and over five years teaching Pilates in some of Brisbane’s leading studios and gyms, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of people through injury recovery, disability and chronic disease management - rebuilding long-term strength and confidence in their bodies.
Whether you're managing a condition or injury, returning to movement after a long hiatus, or simply ready to start prioritising your health, I’ll help you move with clarity, purpose, and a plan tailored just for you.

I specialise in helping real people get clear on what their body needs and how to support it through every season of life. With experience treating a wide range of conditions from musculoskeletal injuries to chronic illness, and a special interest in women’s health. I combine evidence based methods with real-life strategies.
